When you book an introductory call, our booking provider collects your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your business name, and your answers to the booking questions (industry, team size, software you use, what takes your time, what you would want AI to take over, and your budget range). If you arrived from an advert, we also record which campaign the link came from.

2. Why we use it
To hold the call with you, to decide together whether a founding pilot fits, and to contact you about it. We also look at booking information in aggregate to understand which kinds of businesses are interested in AIscalr.

3. Where it is stored and who sees it
Bookings are made through Cal.com, which processes your details under its own privacy policy. A copy of your booking details is stored in our own systems, hosted by Supabase in its Northeast Asia (Seoul) region. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Only the people running AIscalr see this data. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Our providers may process your data outside the UAE, the UK and the EU: Cal.com (United States), Google Workspace (Google’s global infrastructure) and Supabase (Republic of Korea). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We keep access limited to the people running AIscalr.

Booking details are deleted no later than twelve months after your booking unless you become a pilot customer, in which case they are kept for the length of our relationship and for twelve months after it ends.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our use of it, or ask for a copy. Email hello@aiscalr.ai. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR or EU GDPR also applies to you, and you have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
